On November 27 and 28, 2024, we turned HOLM in Frankfurt into a stage for the future of building automation. With creativity, attention to detail and a clear vision, we have staged two unforgettable events for ZVEI — the Science Evening and the Building Automation Colloquium. Two days during which we blurred the lines between science and practice and created space for inspiration, exchange and visions.

- Science evening (November 27):
The prelude: a fascinating look at research. It wasn't just about facts and figures, but stories — about innovative projects, theses and the symbiosis of science and business. Top-class experts such as Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Arndt and Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Klaus Kabitzsch guided through the content and set highlights that gave you goosebumps. The relaxed end of the get-together provided the perfect setting to let ideas flow and make new connections.
- Building Automation Colloquium (November 28):
A day later, artificial intelligence was in the spotlight. AI — a game changer that can transform everything from design to operations to cybersecurity. With impressive presentations and discussions, experts such as Dr. Christian Temath and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lena Altherr have shown how innovation becomes tangible. The atmosphere? Electrifying.
The result: Two days full of inspiration, an enthusiastic customer and a proud OBSESSION team that showed how much passion goes into each of our projects.
