OBSESSION launches nationwide cinema tour

Under the motto “Ready for the future”, the heating technology brand Buderus presented its new pioneering product line as part of a cinema tour with a total of over 6,700 participants at 69 venues across Germany.

A current movie combined with a product presentation — an all-round successful campaign from idea to implementation. A product presentation in a cinema has particular advantages. All participants enjoy a relaxing evening at the movies and learn exciting news about the manufacturer's products and innovations in a focused manner. After the get-together with finger food and snacks in a separate area, a brand film was presented and the branch was personally welcomed with a presentation of the product in the specially rented cinema room. With the selection of a current thematic blockbuster including “You Never Learn”, “The Martian” or “James Bond 007 Spectre”, the evenings became a very special experience that will be positively remembered for a long and lasting long time.

Individual planning of every single event

The agency OBSESSION was responsible for the complete participant management, provided a hotline for 12,000 potential participants and ensured smooth implementation with event staff and hostesses on site. A particular challenge was the individual planning of each individual event with the various Buderus branches, which aimed to make each event a special evening with invited customers. The participants received personalized tickets, giveaway bags with CI branding and enjoyed an exclusive area in the cinemas as well as finger food and classic cinema snacks on site. “With the support of OBSESSION as part of the market launch of the Buderus Titanium line, we are pleased to have made a total of 69 expert events possible within one month! ,” says Eva Carmen Schlechtriemen, head of advertising/sales promotion at Buderus.
